Decision support

Differential Diagnosis

Generate a ranked differential diagnosis with suggested first-line investigations based on your clinical input.

What it does

Enter history, examination findings, and relevant negatives. Threvix returns a ranked differential with supporting and opposing features for each possibility, including high-risk alternatives that may require exclusion.

Suggested initial investigations are framed as “reasonable next steps” aligned with typical ambulatory or emergency practice, so you can align with your own risk tolerance and local pathways.

Who it is for

  • Clinicians who want a rapid sanity check on broad differentials
  • Trainees and attendings debriefing complex or unusual cases
  • Anyone who prefers a documented thread of reasoning they can revisit later

Limits and responsibility

The model does not examine patients, order tests, or know your full chart. It cannot replace clinical judgement, shared decision-making, or escalation when red flags appear.

Use it to broaden or challenge your list—not to shortcut bedside assessment or informed consent.

Differential Diagnosis support is for educational and decision support purposes only. Diagnostic and treatment decisions remain entirely with the licensed clinician.
