Eligible medical residents receive Essential at no charge for the duration of their residency.

You can run your first visit through Scribe on the Free plan without a credit card. A short first-run setup lets you choose your name, language, and note preferences, which you can change later.

Starter includes unlimited notes and Scribe, Clinical Chat, case analysis, Signals, and Threvix templates. Essential adds patient calling with Scribe, billing code suggestions, and personalized and custom templates. Advanced adds X-Ray analysis. See the Pricing page for the current feature breakdown.

Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free compared with paying monthly.

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for and does not ordinarily include a refund for that period.

No. Threvix does not use patient data to train AI models. Patient data is also not sold or used for advertising.

Threvix maintains privacy practices designed to support applicable Canadian and Quebec privacy requirements, including PIPEDA and Quebec privacy law. See our Privacy Policy and Privacy & Security page for current information.

No. Audio submitted for transcription is not retained as a stored recording after processing is complete.

Clinicians are responsible for obtaining any consent, authorization, notice, or other lawful basis required for their use of Threvix. Requirements may vary depending on your jurisdiction, professional obligations, institution, and clinical setting.

Following account closure, information is deleted in accordance with our retention practices and applicable legal requirements. See our Privacy Policy for more information about retention and deletion.

Yes. Patients may have rights to access or correct their personal information under applicable privacy law. Requests relating to a clinical record should generally be made through the clinician or practice. Threvix supports clinicians and practices in responding to applicable privacy requests.

Yes. Additional privacy and security documentation may be available for clinicians and practices conducting procurement or IT review. Write to privacy@threvix.com.

Scribe can work from a clinical conversation, live dictation, or an uploaded audio file. It generates a structured draft note for you to review, edit, and approve.

Yes. Threvix templates are included on paid plans. Personalized and custom templates are available on Essential and above.

Clinical Chat can use the patient context you provide through Threvix when answering questions about a case. You control what information is submitted through the services.

Signals surfaces information that may be relevant from the available patient record, history, results, and documentation. Signals are included from Starter and above.

Direct EHR integration is not yet generally available. Today, completed notes can be transferred into your existing system using the export options available in Threvix.

Yes. Schedule import lets you organize your day and associate relevant patient context with individual visits.

Threvix supports AI-assisted X-ray analysis for supported studies. Additional imaging capabilities may become available over time. See the X-Ray product page for current availability.

No. Everything Threvix generates is a draft. You must review, edit as necessary, and approve an output before relying on it or incorporating it into the medical record. The treating clinician remains responsible for the final documentation and clinical decisions.
